I booked 2 harbor view rooms. My parents stayed at 2603. I stayed at 2803. The hotel photos online are a bit deceiving as the photos make the room way bigger than it seems. The website should also be updated to say "partial" harbor view. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The furniture and carpet are a bit dated, otherwise in very clean condition. My parents stayed at 2603 and even though it's a smoke-free hotel (I think), it was clear that someone was smoking on their floor. My dad called to complain, the frontdesk asked if they'd like to change, however, it'd be a huge hassle for my senior parents to have to pack up and move as they only had 1 more night of staying. The plumbing in the 2603 shower needs a bit of work. It didn't drain properly when they showered. The hotel lobby is extremely small that there's no room for even a chair. It was tough for my parents as they had no place to sit while waiting for a taxi. The location is great as it's convenient to restaurants and MTR, however, it's not really suitable for seniors as there's no resting area and being in Sheung Wan, there are a lot of steps and slopes which maybe hard for walking.

Reasonable, just very small rooms

Mid level hotel with very small rooms and small showers. Beds are short, not long enough for someone 6ft +. Room was rather cold too, had to request blankets and a heater. Generally friendly staff. Good location.

Rooms are comfortable, staff are very good and the location is fantastic for exploring the restaurants and bars nearby. Easy to walk to from Hong Kong Station after taking the Airport Express. Bathroom could do with an update to a walk in shower stall instead of a tub shower to improve space. Can be cramped if you're tall, as the tub is raised. Other than that minor inconvenience, a very enjoyable stay.
