This is the perfect hotel for you to enjoy the city with! The staff is amazing. I love the kitten treats that have at checkin! Also the large soaking bathtub is a dream come true. It definitely is my favorite hotel in the city now!

Check in was easy! I loved the rubber duck that came in the room. The front desk gave me 2 rubber duck key chains as well when I mentioned I collected them. Walgreens is on the corner so easy to get anything you need. The cable car route is right out the front door. I stayed on the 12th floor I had city views. The bed felt like I was sleeping in a cloud. They offer a pillow menu which is pretty unique! Definitely will be my go to stay for when I come back to San Francisco!

Great Hotel in Union Square

I was there for work and wanted to stay in Union Square because I love the holiday decorations down there. This hotel was perfect for that. It is directly across the street from Macy's and a 15 minute walk to my job. The room was comfortable and the staff was great. I would stay there again in an instant.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfy, cozy and clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel Bobby is dated and the bar was small, but that didn’t detract from our visit.

The location is great. I liked the cleanliness of the charming oldbuilding and the updated rooms. The toilet however was sandwiched in a very small area which made it slightly awkward to use.
