Clean n neat room; most Impressed by the staff’s warmth and hospitality and the help in fixing my phone sim! Ground floor restaurant serves good breakfast and delicious lunch set; again the restaurant staff particularly Mr NGO (Kevin?) had been so kind and understanding to rush me dishes )and helped with my luggage too)so I could meet my tight schedule!

The first room I checked into had high humidity with a very bad smell. The reception was understanding and transferred me to a higher floor with an air de-humidifier in the room and that was much better. The bed was very comfy.

Pleasant experience! Simple check-in/check-out process, clean room and quiet environment, no smoking smell and free wi-fi! :D The location is GREAT! it's safe, near bus stop, train station and tram station. There're many nice food spots nearby as well. Recommended for small group travellers like families and couples.
