We were booked in Kalia tower but were given a room in diamond tower that smelled like smoke. We had to come back to guest service. Nd request the correct tower. After we moved to the right room, we found a roach. The bathroom tub did not have a shower mat. Very slippery. The pillows were horrible. The first day only one set of towel. The first days housekeeping, one of the towel was picked. I will not recommend anyone this hotel.

This place was Amazing. Super Fast check-in. Friendly Staff. Corner Suite at the Ali Tower had the best view ever. Access to the Beach & Swimming Pool within 1-2 minutes from our room. Also the Ali Tower has it own exclusive swimming pool. Great food all around. What else can I say. We’ll be back soon.

Amazing stay at Hilton Hawaiian Village! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view of the ocean from our room was beautiful! Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. The village itself is self contained, so it has its own beach, plenty of shops and restaurants and convenient stores. Was a perfect destination for our family stay! Definitely recommend Hilton Hawaiian Village! We’ll be back soon!

This was our 5th stay at this property. The property is large and has just about everything you could possibly need and there’s little reason to venture off property but if you do, it’s a great starting point explore the island.

The wait for a room was very long, there was no where inside to sit and relax from the heat. The room was amazing as well as the view. The elevators were confusing, they should explain that at the front desk. There was no laundry facilities, I had to uber to a site off property that did not feel that safe. But all in all the staff was very helpful with the luggage and letting us know what was around us. Hawaii was an amazing adventure.

I started my stay in the Diamond tower and it is run down. Needs to be updated. Walls and furniture were pretty dirty. Moved to the Tapa tower which was better.
