This place shouldn't be listed on Expedia. It's run down, old and gross. Carpets in bathrooms, stains on curtains and carpets and sheets. Air conditionders are purposely limited to save hotel money and room was always warm with warmer weather. Similarly the shower water was cold in the evenings and barely luke warm in morning. I'm really surprised Expedia present this hotel as an option. Spend an extra $100 for your dignity and comfort and stay somewhere else.

It was straight out of a nightmare. from the traffic to get to it, took half an hour to go 1 block due to the Spam Jam, to the "parking" that is really only valet and hard find and to get into, a very tight ramp. The cockroaches were everywhere even during the day. They came in and sprayed te cockroaches, even on the dishes and left. Only for more to crawl out from under the bed... And bedbugs? Yes they have those to. As we were trying to take a picture of the bedbug, another cockroach crawled across the bed! We asked for another room and was told it was completey full. We left and spent the night in our car, myself, husband and 3 kids! Would not send my worst enemy there. Asked for my money back and was told i had to go through hotels.com but that they would not dispute it. Found out today hotels.com said they will not refund the money. Absolutely unacceptable. And for hotels.com to allow this? I have stayed in many hotels...and this is by far the worst! I have never had to leave a hotel and sleep in my car before. I live in the country and am comfortable with bugs...but not cockroaches and bedbugs in my bed! I would post pictures but it will not let me add them.

On the firstbday of check in, I already heard numerous complaints about the AC not working in rooms. Apparently it was all the rooms. It was ine of the hotest and humid days that night. I have taken several cold showers to bring my body temperature down. This was not told to me at the time of check in. And they still had the nerves to collect the resort fee. Nothing was waived or accompanied. Then on top.of all thatbthe television was not working. I took the time liberty to troubled shoot the internet connection. And still no success. Next morning I asked the front dest of maintenance can take a look. This is how.I knew this is an on going issue because I was then asked if an "error" message came up on the t.v. I told.them.no and tried to trouble shoot it. I was told that they will have maintenance fix it. I was gone all day and when I returned back to my room, to my surprise the AC was on and working. Yet the television was never fixed.

Experience was really poor. I had booked a deluxe king suite. The room they provided us was dingy, the balcony on top of some air turbines that made it Soo loud you couldn't step out. Three fridge didn't work and leaked water. Had to call them 3 times and 4 hours to get a fan I. The room, we were okay with most of these inconveniences. The final straw was there was a cockroach in the room and had to complain and change rooms. Would not stay here again. They charge a 34$ resort fee for no amenities double the places we stayed at that offered a gym and a lounge

My main complaint is there was no AC as they said it had broken. When I checked in they informed me it may be a few days 2 or 3 however I stayed 5 and even upon my departure it was still broken. The receptionist was so nice and wasn’t to blame but I had a teething baby and I myself need AC at night. It was tough. Many complained that they knew prior to our check in and should’ve said something via email which I agree. I saw one man purchased a portable AC unit.

Attention: this is the older hawaiian hotel in the heart of waikiki. Very affordable and the staff are excellent. The only problem was the air-conditioned in the whole hotel, That broke down. We took everything in stride and use the fan. Left our door open.I thought it wasn't that bad. My wife mentioned to me. Remember, you're on vacation.Take a chill pill.

The ac was out the entire time. Outlets did not work asked to changed rooms staff was terrible and rude. I was with my autistic 3 year old. The told me to change rooms I would have to load my stuff up at 11pm at night and bring down stairs alone. I was on the 7th floor. Power went out I had to walk up and down 7 flights. Will never book here again

The bed was ok, but rooms were really outdated and not so clean. , the AC or Fan didn’t work at all. There were roaches in the toilet. Stayed for one night before I got a room in another resort.
