Our stay at Château Élan Winery & Resort was nothing short of exquisite. From the moment we arrived, every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a truly elevated experience. Every interaction with the staff was warm, attentive, and professional they made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our entire stay. Clean rooms and building both inside and outside. Only negative thing that I have noticed is the front desk tends to hold staff meetings around 11am/ 12 noon and nobody is at the desk to help guests. They just make you wait until they are done. The other thing is that one of the housekeepers refuses to give you anything off of her cart. If you need TP, sheets or towels she will send you downstairs to the front desk. Just pray that it is not a "desperate😓" need. I have been at this hotel for seven months.Overall still a good hotel.
