Everything was clean and secure the price was fair for what you get so I couldn't ask for more. Could use some upgrades but the fact that the property was really clean is what won me over

Checked in at 3am with my two kids after a 10 hr drive there were people smoking crack in the parking lot, weed by the front door. The front desk agent couldn’t work the booking system, charged my card but then said it still wouldn’t allow her to issue the keycards, since the charges were approved on my end and hers she had me send a screen shot of the approved transaction on my bank app to her email, she issued the key cards. I was told if the manager had any question she would send me an email. I had been asleep a total of 3 hours and my door had been knocked on 3 times, by management saying that I wasn’t in their system and needed to come to the front desk. We were supposed to spend three nights there but after the experience and The rooms condition( old and dirty) we packed everything up, and left! Booked another hotel and enjoyed the rest of our vacation.

The service was phenomenal, restaurants' food was great. Rooms were nice and clean. My only issue was that the boiler went out and we had no hot water the last 6 hours(this was when I noticed it at least). Z

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. Even on a cold morning in November, there was no hot water and only cold water, so I couldn't shower. This time, too, there was only cold water, so I had to give up showering. The friendly staff just said they were fixing it. Since this is not the first time, I hesitate to stay here again.

I have stayed here previously multiple times and it was great back then. This time around there were loud knocking like construction being done in the room above us and loud blasting music at different hours. Also, we did not have any hot water the morning of check out.
