This was excellent for the price. If I had to change anything about this property to be better it would be for probably cleaner cushions outside, the pool to be running the filter and clean, and the most important to me would be better mattresses. The beds were so hard it felt like cushions on plywood but apparently there was springs my daughter said. Just really firm. Took me 2 hours everyday to get my back to be able to bend lol. Other than that, it’s a really great place. They have turtles and geese, beautiful outdoor setting. Very laid back environment and quiet. I was really impressed with outdoor area and pool area.

Not a Wyndham standard disappointed

It was my mother, my daughter and my grandson who stayed here. We were there June 1-7,25.The main level entrance was very nice, location was beautiful! Our room had two queen beds. The room was not clean, the bathroom had mold in the ceiling. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. The air conditioner was dirty, floors were not cleaned, you could see previous spills! the walls were a blue color however, there was like a bright green colored stuff that look like runs on the walls! walls were nicked up and needed touch up paint some of the trim was missing for the corners of the edges of the wall and floor trim was missing! The returned vent in the hallway - extremely dirty, had not been cleaned in quite some time, there was also that bright green paint spill (?) in the hallway over the top of the blue walls and the trim was all nicked! we did ask for another room- it took 2 days & that bathroom ceiling had more mold than first! Checked out a third room very little mold in the bathroom, but the room smelled like smoke with an air freshener, trying to cover it! This was supposed to be 100% non-smoking but people were smoking outside the door and in the pool areas! The pool was OK-Sunday and Monday on Tuesday the pool became very cloudy and was extremely dirty with lots of bugs by Thursday and by Friday it was nasty! Very disappointed in Wyndham-not up to standards-breakfast was good!

Real nice spot, you can walk out to the lake and see all the turtles, I think people feed them because they come swinging towards you. The hotel it self had a great breakfast. Comfortable beds. The only knock I had on it was I don’t believe the shower curtain was installed properly and kept drooping, allowing water to escape the shower space. I’m sure our room could have been the exception, but make sure you don’t have the clothes you’re going to wear too close to the tub.

Loved the rooms would’ve got a 5 star if the guy in front desk didn’t forget to get a plunger sent to my room. The toilet was stopped up so I stopped at front desk to let them know. The guy who worked stated I have to get it out another room and will bring it to my room he never came. Had to go back to the front desk the next morning to get a plunger solved the problem right there and then

The pool’s filtration system was not working properly. There was no creamer for the coffee. The first day there was no Splenda/sweet’n low. The beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was great!
