Everything was nice but the reception staff Mr. Matt was not gentle. He seems Unhappy and Rude. His attitude and behavior was not satisfactory. He is not suitable for the front desk reception.

The experience was unexpected from Double Tree. First no hot water in our room. As well as the Tv or Wifi didn't work in our room. There were ants in our room as well coming from the patio area. They said they were full and couldn't move us. And refused any kind of refund even though we didn't stay both nights do to my daughter being allergic to ants.

Lecture at checkin

Got a lecture at check in for no reason about not bringing your own alcohol to the lobby which made sense because one glass of cheap wine was $18. My husband went to get coffee in the lobby in the morning and they shouted at him that there was a fee for it which he was happy to pay. Overall staff needs some customer service training. On the other hand shout out to the cleaning staff who had everything immaculate.
