This property was located right on the harbor and was convenient to many restaurants. The hotel staff were courteous and friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We made use of the hot tub-felt wonderful after a day of exploring the city. We especially liked the Captain’s Bar and trying a variety of rum and mixers.

Beyond Excellent.

My wife and I enjoyed four unforgettable nights in the stunning rooftop room at the Park Hyatt. As seasoned travellers, we've had the opportunity to compare many hotels around the globe, and we can confidently say that the Park Hyatt is genuinely exceptional. Opened in 2020, the hotel is a marvel of modern design. Our spacious 65-square-meter room was not only luxurious but thoughtfully appointed to ensure our complete comfort. Every detail was curated for the enjoyment of its guests. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was impeccable. We're especially grateful to our excellent server, Goff, whose friendly demeanour made our mornings even more enjoyable. The Park Hyatt Hotel is undoubtedly one of the finest establishments we've ever experienced, and it contributed significantly to making our time in Auckland memorable. Without a doubt, I won't consider staying anywhere else on my next visit to Auckland.
