This property was very accomadatimg if we asked for towels it was never a problem also we were pulling a trailer and they had plenty of parking for it, front desk lady that works the day shift very nice and helpful

I could pass on this one

Chair in room was all torn and a serious eye sore. AC was either freezing or too warm. Breakfast should be at the very least until 9:30 not 9am. Sink in the womens bathroom in the lobby is all cracked.

Free breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly. There are Kroger supermarket, couple fast food restaurant, and several restaurants near by the hotel. Their elevator was little slow but, I will stay again.

Terrible breakfast!!!!

The breakfast was terrible. Biscuits were hard as a rock only the center was edible. Gravy was watered down gravy with pepper in it. Will not use a La Quinta hotel again!

The room was very clean and located in a good spot for dining while on vacation. The traffic was very heavy but overall it was a great stay! The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. I will stay there again on our next visit to Hot Springs, for sure.

We did enjoy the free breakfast. Our tub wasn't the cleanest. People don't know how to act anymore when they stay at a hotel. They were yelling up and down the hall. We stayed in a room on the second floor. It sounded like a herd of elephants were above us with all the stomping on the floor, the people must of weighed three hundred plus pounds.

The room in front of us has a pet that barked and scratched their door several hours to where we couldn't get any rest . Had to leave our TV and bathroom fan on all night just yo fall asleep. Just my opinion pet owners should be all on one floor.
