The property represented nothing as shown online. The room smelled like mildew and was not clean. You step out the door to an undesirable population. I never checked in nor was a refund available. The worst experience I've ever had!

Amazing check in experience, but dirty room

Sorry, I forgot the lady's name on who checked us in, but absolutely loved how warm and kind she was. Very welcoming and just seemed to happy that we were there. Even tho we checked in after midnight she was still very nice. Id rate her the highest out of all my check ins with any hotels and Ive been to over 100s alone in the last 2 years, she would be my top 3 Id pick of whos customer service was above and beyond there isn't many like that left so please hire more like her! Im mainly leaving the review for her as shes worth it.. Now the room completely seperate situation, the AC was very noisy, rattling at times, shower head was loud, hair in the bedding, shower curtian, wall, shaving hair in the bathroom sink. Even though it was a non-smoking room, it reeked with smoke so bad that when I showed up the next morning to my daughters event she thought I had been smoking which was embarrassing smelling like an ashtray at my daughter's cheer competition. The door didnt really secure on the bottom as it seemed the frame didnt align straight but was thankfully able to securely twist the dead bolt with a little tug, and the latch at the top was ok. If i find the lady's name who checked us in on my paper, Ill update her name.

Weve stayed here many times. The room on the left side of the hotel (if facing from the road) are good clean rooms, the ones to the right are not quite as good

The bathroom shower had mold growing, there was a poop stain above the towel rack. We had no towels in our room so at 11pm I had to walk all across the parking lot to go get them. The bed was comfortable. The chair in the room had terrible stains and needs to either be trashed or deep cleaned. The parking lot has massive pot holes. The pool is small but we didn’t plan on using that. The breakfast was a decent breakfast and their building for that was nice and clean and remodeling, should do the rest of the place.

Ok for the money.

The room was clean but dim. There was 1 ceiling fixture, 1 bedside lamp, and the fixture above the vanity. Our biggest complaint is that the mattress did not fit the frame, so the mattress kept creeping away from the wall as we slept and our pillows would fall into the crevise. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was good. The pool is small but well maintained. All in all, we'd gladly stay there again.

The bathroom wasn’t clean and had horrible water pressure. When we pulled out the sofa bed there was food and stains on the mattress. The pool was full of leaves and ants with wings that were biting.

Close to everything ..But the room had mold on old wet spot on ceiling above door way ,had to leave additional deposit at check in even though room was paid in full with credit card .Room had a musty moldy odor to it and caused me to have to get allergy meds as I have allergy to mold ..could ot get in a different room because they were 100% booked

The smell of stale cigarette smoke was very strong. I returned to the front desk and was told it was a non smoking room but rooms on "the back side" were smoking rooms (which would explain why the room smelled so bad - I assume it is seeping over through the attic ductwork). The hotel was fully booked and was told there was no room to switch me to. I was offered a can of spray to help neutralize the odor. I responded I didn't think I would be staying. I went to talk it over with my wife and then fortunately got a call a few minutes later that they found a different room for us in the main building where the smoke smell wouldn't be a problem. This saved the day from what would have been a disaster. Buyer beware, if you get a room assigned in the smaller building prepare to deal with the overpowering smell of stale cigarette smoke.
