Updated room, free water bottles, credit for coffee downstairs and staff was very friendly and professional. Free parking. The smell of smoke still exists upstairs even though they try to make it smoke free. But it was slight and my stat was nice

Restaurants we're amazing. The room very clean. At the Casino there were more smoking areas than non smoking. I stopped coming to this casino because slots don't give you play. The bonus rounds pay $35 if that. I play $2. Not worth it.

VERY DISAPPOINTING

The front desk told us they didn’t have our reservation nor did they have a room as they were fully booked. I made reservations months in advance and had confirmation of the reservation. It made no difference. We had to stay somewhere else. The casino was nice, spread out so that each area isn't too noisy.

Everyone was friendly and facility was extremely clean. I know it’s a casino, but I would love it if casino hotels would put the smoking on floors behind glass that non-smokers don’t have to walk through and get smoke smell on clothing. Also, I chose this casino mainly for the awesome pools. Only got to spend one day there because we had other commitments in the city. 9am to 5pm are ridiculous hours for an adults only hotel. After a day of walking and touring San Diego, I looked forward to a dip in the pool or a soak in the hot tub. Was sorely (pun intended) disappointed to find it all had closed. I was really bummed as I’d rather swim and soak that gamble every night.
