OKAY stay this time

The hotel and room was good, but we were without water for over 4 hours. That's not good when you can't wash hands, use the toilet, etc.

Great hotel

This hotel is clean and a great location. Shuttle service to airport is great. You may leave your car parked on site for a week at no charge. Great for convenience to airport.

The customer service was courteous and polite. Edward has great hospitality. The wife and I would stay at this again if we have a rental car. The food options to walk to were obsolete. Definitely have to spend extra $$$$$ to order something that’s mediocre

The property was in good shape (although we did get stuck in the elevator for a short period of time). It was clean. The bed was hard as a rock and we each got 2 tiny, flat pillows for a king size bed. We had a horrible, uncomfortable night sleep and had backaches through our whole day of travel the next day. It's too bad because it was a nice place and everyone was very nice...but we wouldn't stay there again because of the bed situation.

Great for overnight stay near the airport

This was a great place to stay for an overnight before our cruise in Galveston. 5 minute taxi or shuttle drive from the airport. Took the hotel shuttle back to the airport the next morning to catch a shuttle to the cruise ship terminal. Free breakfast was good!

I had a great stay at the Best Western Plus near Hobby Airport! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The front desk team made check-in smooth and even offered helpful tips for getting around the area. The room was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed—comfy bed, microwave, mini-fridge, and strong Wi-Fi. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long flight. The free breakfast in the morning was a huge plus—hot waffles, eggs, fresh fruit, and good coffee. The airport shuttle was super convenient and ran right on time. Overall, it was a comfortable, stress-free experience. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m flying in or out of Hobby!
