You get what you pay for. 1- the entryway smelled like weed. The front desk attendant (at about 5 pm) seemed lost. He kept staring at the comouter like he was a little confused or something wasn't right. 2- we were given a room that also smelled very strongly of weed. 202 The room light/fan sounded like a malfunctioning vehicle it was so loud. 3- we were moved to another room on a separate floor from our friends. That room ha nail polish spilled on numerous surfaces and a torn cusion cover on the chair. We were going to just deal with it until we opened the sofa bed for our son. Not only did it have dirty sheets, but a wet towel and a huge black spot on the mattress. The in-room phone did not work, as the connector on the cord was broken. 4- were once again moved to a different room. The a/c was not on, and it was 79 in the room. It did come on, though. Everything was looking good until we opened the sofa bed. The room had no sheets/blanket for it. Down to the front desk again. We were given blankets but told there were no pillows available. The night attendant at the front desk told us to just take the pillows from our previous room. Upon attempting to put sheets on the 3 inch thick sofa mattress, we discoveres the mattress protector to be ripped in myltiple places and to be covering a very stained mattress. My sone wouldn't sleep on it. The king size bed in the bedroom did not have a mattress protector at all, just a pretty thin white sheet.

After we arrived to the hotel, first night, we found bedbugs in both beds. It was terrible. They moved us to other room, but we felt very uncomfortable. We moved to other Hotel.

The property was nice. The service was good. The breakfast was good. Only drawback the pool was inoperative. My grandkids were so looking forward to swimming in the pool. Next time hopefully it will be open.

it was ok. i really thought it was going to be better. night staff for front desk was one of the most terrible staff I came across. house keeping never came the whole week I was there. I had to bring down my own dirty towels for clean ones. my trash was piled up because once again, house keeping never came even though they was supposed to come every 3 days. the one time I wanted to get in the pool the pool was closed. front desk for night staff was getting smart with a mom for asking about the pool. the breakfast wasn’t good. also kids were running around and stumping. playing “hide and seek”.
