Follow-up from my previous review of 1. I spoke with a supervisor and they told me that the shower situation was completely unacceptable and took some very generous measures to rectify the situation. They also followed up with a phone call and asked me if there was anything else they could do. I truly appreciated the gesture.

The shower valve would not release so I couldn't take a shower. Front desk couldn't tell me why they would put a customer in a room without a working shower. I was told that maintenance was on a call and that the best they could do was extend my check out time two hours. I was told to "call back" to see where I was in the queue. Simply awful. customer service. No offer of credit, no offer to move me to another room to shower. Nothing. Just wait. Unacceptable.

Overall the property was conveniently located and the staff was very friendly. Housekeeping staff could use some help, as there was a resaurant cup in the fridge and long black hairs in several locations in the bathroom.
