When we first walked into the lobby, the hotel gave off a luxury vibe—modern touches, and a welcoming feel. But as soon as we got to the elevator, things shifted. The floor was dirty, and the walls had visible tears and scuffs, which was our first red flag. The hallways and our room were both very dim—like moody lighting but not in a cute way. We noticed stains on the furniture and the carpet, and the overall cleanliness just wasn’t up to par. The shower water ran cold every night, which was super frustrating, and the toilet barely flushed. While the room was spacious, the building definitely felt old. The elevator wait times were long, and the walls were paper-thin—between the noise from the pool and other guests, it was hard to get a good night's sleep. The view was nice, and I’ll give them credit for that. But overall, I personally wouldn’t stay here again. It just didn’t live up to the initial first impression.

Food options were good, I didn’t eat from the hotel but Houston have some amazing restaurants: the bed comfort and hotel itself was amazing everyone was super friendly. The internet was on and off from my phone but you do have internet access options that would work best for you.

Stressful

Very disappointed with my experience. I had a hard time even finding the location due to poor signage and unclear directions. I called for help and was left on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer. On top of that, there was no clear information provided ahead of time about parking fees, which added to the frustration. After all that, I still ended up waiting far longer than expected. Overall, the lack of communication and organization made this visit incredibly stressful and disappointing.
