We’ve stayed here twice to attend concerts nearby. The rooms are very nice. Evening reception and breakfast are exceptional. Staff is wonderful. My only complaint is the the parking rate, but it is standard for a downtown hotel.

The Breakfast Bar was good, I just wish that the had more options for Omelettes like the other Embassy Suites that we have stayed. The two free adult beverages made the baseball games lol.

Terrible experience. The hotel was oversold so we could not get the type of room we reserved requiring people to sleep on a sofa sleeper. The hotel staff “apologized” and said there was nothing they could do other than award extra HHonors points. After too much discussion they did offer some additional amenities for the inconvenience. Later in the evening blood was discovered on the linens/mattress for the pull out sofa. When a new mattress and linens were requested security responded instead of housekeeping and were very rude and unhelpful.
