Way too much moisture in the rooms. I was changed to another room after my room door is not locking properly. The bed sheets and pillows were moist and had a nasty odor.

Awesome Hotel! Amazing Staff!

I visited Houston on a friends trip and this hotel was awesome! We really like the pop art style, the room size, and the outdoor cabana area. It was a perfect little hotel that was able to comfortable sleep 4 people in a 2 bedroom. Will return.

Had a booking error made on my part and the young lady working the front desk was very rude and dismissive about the situation and actually locked us out of our room and I asked if we could reenter she told me no and I told her we had our service dog inside and then she said we could go back in to retrieve the dog and that we only had until 3:00 p.m. to resolve the issue or we would be locked out again. We were treated as if we were freeloaders and not as someone who simply made a small booking error.

The hotel is a cool getaway but the pictures do not do this place justice. Pictures look luxury and that’s what I expected and was disappointed for the amount I payed. Our hotel room didn’t have a fridge and the bed was very thin and only came with two pillows haha. The room was very cold so that’s a plus. But I wouldn’t waste my time again. If you’re looking for luxury fun this isn’t the place to go. This is what we call ✨ ghetto fabulous ✨

Dead cockroaches

The aesthetic of the hotel was very nice chic clean kinda like a retro modern look we loved it. But when we checked in to our room there was dead cockroaches on the floor and in the sink. The beds were comfortable tho.

Unique Hotel

The guy at was very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed to find out that the bar/restaurant is only open on weekends. Also, smart TVs would be great. While in the area for business, it would be nice to have the ability to stream shows. I will be back for a couple of weeks in a row and I am seriously considering staying here. The pool and outside areas are really nice!

This place is neat on the outside and everyone was so friendly especially Will the bartender he came and introduced himself to us offered a free drink and was just above and beyond amazing we broke down on our way through and got stuck staying here but it wasnt bad the rooms are pretty basic no microwave, fridge, hair dryer, iron, nothing most have but they have a bar, restaurant and a really nice pool with lots of shaded areas it doesn't feel very kid friendly but i understand not all places are i gave 3 stars bc they over charged me and I'm still trying to fix it they charged me for 2 rooms for 3 nights I got 1 room for 2 nights and i paid for 1 room the 1st night with a separate card but when i got home from my vacation i seen an almost 800$ charge from them and they just tell me to call Expedia my husband is livid!!!!
