I just sharing my bad experience: I booked at here 2 month early. It just 10 mins after I booking, I find I enter wrong date. I immediately call Expedia customer service, Tell agent I enter wrong date, I want to change to one day early from Nov. 30 -Dec. 01 to Nov. 29-Nov 30, 2025. I even tell Expedia again I can pay some money for this change. But both Expedia and hotel nobody help me, after one week, I received a email from Expedia "tell me hotel don't agree for this change". finally I seat in Houston HOU airport overnight.

Room was amazing. Front desk lady wasn't very friendly. Also had to put $100 deposit to stay, which isn't mentioned on hotels.com website. After inspection we did receive deposit back. I also video recorded room at check in and when we left. Restaurant is not open.

Good transport to airport. No breakfast/guests were to be bussed to a different hotel. Out of coffee pods for the rooms. The young woman at the front desk was lovely and gave me a tea bag from her lunch. Floor in my room looked dirty.

Do not stay here. When we got to the hotel, no one mentioned to us at check-in that there was no hot water and that no one would be able to come fix it until the next day. In addition to that, the hotel was rundown, never had coffee for guests at the front, and was just in a general state of disrepair. Some of the staff were very pleasant, but others acted like we were an inconvenience. I contacted hotels.com to get a refund, but all I got was a $25 credit. I contacted the hotel management, and they basically told me to shove it since I hadn’t booked through them. Save yourself an uncomfortable experience and book another place.
