Beautiful hotel. The employees offered exceptional service. The shuttle service was definitely a perk. Everyone was extremely courteous and polite from the frint desk to valet. The pictures of the rooms were very accurate. Room was clean. The stay at this hotel was more than i expected in many ways. We came to relax for the weekend. We will be back. Highly recommended.

This historic hotel was conveniently located in the heart of downtown Houston. We liked the decor of the rooms and lobby areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet was attentive and had our vehicle ready in minutes.

It was amazing! I even got to see the old safe from when it was a bank in the lobby! Our room was quiet and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Also the free the shuttle service was a life saver. I would stay here again:)

Super nice, rooms were very clean with some pretty cool views of downtown. The only thing I didn’t like was that parking cost an extra $50 to valet, they don’t have a free self parking option
