I was coming in from out of town. Arrived for late check in. Receptionist was very rude. Said I was lucky to get a room. It was a prepaid room! Security then when on to tell me that I parked wrong way on the hotel porch. Security scolded me for that and told me to move my vehicle and have it face the other way! There was absolutely no cars at 2am!. Very rude service.

Lobby was nice and clean. TV’s didn’t want to stay on without shutting off within 5 or so minutes. Shower was either too hot or too cold no happy medium. Not enough towels for the number of guests . Didn’t have blankets , pillows and sheets for pull out sofa. Had to go get them downstairs. Phone in the room didn’t work at all. Maintenance came up and claim to have fixed it but it still didn’t work. Staff was un-accommodating. Driveway has holes in it. First time staying at a Marriott and it wasn’t a good experience.

The check-in attendant was not very courteous; they were on the phone while doing my check-in. I was not given any instructions on parking. I had requested a crib during reservation and it was not provided. I tried calling to inquire about it but there was no answer. The AC in the room was not properly working, and it was madening that my two young children were very uncomfortable because of that. I tried calling to see if they could switch me to another room, but again, there was no answer. The linens in the room smelled musty. I am not sure if the duvet was moldy from the inside out. Overall, a very disappointing experience given that it was at a Marriott. I was expecting more.

Convenient to I 45 highway but the noise can be noted. The foyer has open design so can also be a sourch of noise. This stay was very quiet and peaceful. I stay almost monthly. So overall a nice hotel.

The front desk was a disastrous, didnt have us checked in but we were in a room,made us pay 200 dollar deposit twice,left on Saturday for graduation and upon return couldn't access room 10:30 pm, manager on duty,Lonnie was cluless,and i let him know that!.
