Overall property and the rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel's achilles heal is with the valet only parking. The front driveway of the hotel is basically the entrance to their parking garage. Theres not a lot of driveway real estate here and so cars quickly pile up in the front waiting to get parked. When we came back to the hotel in the evening there were several cars parked in the street next to the curb with their hazards on. I suspect this is in part due to a lack of valet staff to move all the cars in a timely manner.

Had a one night stay at the Hyatt. Reserved the room online so check in at the hotel was a breeze. Hotel is clean, very nice decor. Room was clean, no complaints there. Breakfast was served the following morning, decent selection. Overall, very pleasant experience.

The stay was overall pleasant — the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were courteous, and breakfast was excellent, easily the highlight of my visit. However, the valet service needs improvement. The attendant spoke very limited English and couldn’t explain the parking or retrieval process, which was confusing for an out-of-town guest arriving late. Basic communication training would greatly help. It’s also inconvenient to pay separately for valet at a hotel. Elevators were slow, and the front desk didn’t mention that keycards are required for guest floors — a small detail that would prevent confusion. Overall, I wouldn’t discourage others from staying, but better communication and staff training would make a significant difference in the guest experience.
