Housekeeping didn’t empty the trash or clean and refill the coffee station in the room. When I tried to call housekeeping, I got the front desk. They put me on hold for over five minutes. I tried calling back put on hold again.

Very Nice Hotel

The hotel is very nice and the staff is amazing. Valet is quick and efficient. My roll was nice and was cleaned daily by room service. It was worth every penny. I will definitely stay again when I’m in the Houston areas

The hotel itself was amazing. Check in was amazing Ed was great and walked me through every step of the process for check-in because this was my first time visiting the property. He also accommodated me with a late check out because I was in town for a conference. room and hotel itself was clean and modern. the second day I was there after returning from the conference I sat at the bar and had a quick bite to eat before returning to my room. There were two bartenders the lady seemed to be busy so when the guy arrived, she asked him to take my order. He took my food and drink order, and my food arrived in about 10 minutes after finishing my meal and the drink, neither one of them ever asked if I needed anything Nor did he ask to refill my drink and I had ordered a lemon drop. I sat and waited 15 minutes after eating all of my food and having an empty cup, and neither one said anything to me. This only appeared strange to me because he took another gentleman‘s order who was with his wife and told them if they needed anything to let them know and went and checked on themso after sitting for 15 minutes, I asked for the bill neither 1 told me to have a good day or anything. The only one who addressed me was the manager who was standing off to the side. I’m only including this because I felt a type of way because I was the only African-American female sitting at the bar, and everyone else was Caucasian, including the bartenders. I hope this does not happen again for anyone.
