The lady at the desk tried to charge me double for the one dog that we had. $25 for one animal and another $25 for the night. My argument was intense enough to have another worker come over and checking. They explained that it was only 1 $25 charge per night…not $25 for each animal plus $25 for the night. She argued with the coworker that she was right…finally she gave in and took my payment of $25 . Later I had to go to the desk to ask a question and she ignored me so that another person would answer me.

Service desk was amazingly helpful when I had a difficult situation while traveling. Big thanks! Shuttle to and from the airport worked really well, and hotel was definitely a good value for the price.

I will never stay here again!

I had a very bad experience staying at hotel La'Quinta. I had mold in my room. It was all over the couch and the bottom of the counters. I had lights that did not work, and none of my tv's worked. The phone in the room didn't work either. Every time I called, I couldn't reached anyone at front desk. When I complained the next day they told me that the manager was out of town until th 20th, and that they would leave a note. I received no satisfaction, and no service. I had to stay in a mold infested room with my wife and toddler!! I will never stay there again!
