They gave me the wrong room. When I walked in, there was a lady changing to get ready for her Christmas event. She cursed me out and said please don’t hurt me. I was mortified. The most embarrassing thing ever checking into a hotel like this. I would like compensation for this horrible experience.

Basic breakfast buffet, nothing spectacular. Restaurant food was decent, not 5-star. The bar was nice and served up very good cocktails. Main takeaway: perhaps best smelling hotel I've ever been to. They had diffusers or whatever they used all over and the entire property smelled wonderful. Only caution is if you are affected by perfumes, it may cause a bit of distress.
