Super disappointed

The place is outdated. The bed was comfortable. No water pressure. It took forever to rinse soap out of hair and even took an effort to gey soap rinsed off body. Our floor reaked of marjuana wich entered into vent system and our room smelled of it also. We called front desk but Im not sure they cared. We called again several hours later but Im not sure once again that that they cared. No response to us.

Service and Room not great

The first room they gave us, the heater was not working. Called the front desk and they said they would send maintenance. We left the room for a few hours for dinner. When we returned, the heater was still not working. I called the front desk and they stated that maintenance had closed the ticket. I let them know it was still very cold in the room. They said that they would give us a new room. The new room was a handicap room. This meant no bathtub and a completely different configuration. In addition, the ice machine on the floor was broken. At a hotel if this caliber I was expecting a better stay.

Hotel is nice with beautiful lobby and bar area. Room was on high floor and not small. Very convenient bed and nice bathroom. Excellent view from window on a city. Lobby has snacks store which is very convenient during the day bks restaurant and bar are opened after five pm. Nice stay overall
