The hotel was maintained and mostly clean. Some areas needed to be vacuumed or mopped. The hotel is very convenient and in a walkable area. The kitchen in the room needs to have items checked to make sure it was all there.

My room was 427 when you first step in the door all the towels are broken and loosen when you go in the bathroom under the sink is leaking brown stuff. It looks really bad. It was not worth what I paid for the night.
