Compare Ski Hotels in Hyannis

Would like to share my feedback for Beth who served us at the breakfast. Have not seen such a cheerful and dead honest person. She needs to be appraised and applauded for her honesty and dedication.

Was only there for one night, they seemed to be doing some renovating but my room was clean, bed was very comfortable, staff was very friendly.

We have to leave early before the breakfast time. The staff helped us to pick and pack our food the night before. We appreciated it very much.

On July 23rd, the fire alarm went off, unknown to us there was a high level of carbon monoxide in one of the residents rooms. We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and above
