The room was beautiful. The staff offered a cot for my son, which was amazing. I didn’t have to ask, and usually don’t ask for. We stayed at another hotel last year for three times the amount per night and that room was literally falling apart. My son definitely e joyed the pool. The entire staff was great! Will definitely stay again if traveling to Cape Cod.

Owner and staff were so friendly. I only stayed 1 night but had an awesome time coz the info they gave to see the sunset at gtay's beech and sunrise at sea gull beach was such an amazing experience for a short trip like this. I shall cherish this moment here all the time and i thank you. Everyone made this trip so memorable and wanting to come back here again. The room is also clean, quiet and bed is comfortable, price was unbelievaly reasonable. I will be back soon.

Good sized room and staff accommodated our quiet room request. Lovely friendly staff. Decent swimming pool indoors. Lots of variety at breakfast and plentiful. Easy parking. Good location for short walk up Main Street.

The rooms were completely different from the other Inns- clean, freshly painted, the mattresses were not “sink in cause used for 100years”, clean carpet. First time I felt safe to sleep on the mattresses, in the beddings, step on the carpet with the socks. The breakfast wasn’t “ wide variety “ typ BUT it was enough AND not cheap variety…. We saw the stuff to measure the quality of the pool at least 3x during our 1 night stay. Pool is very clean and without that strong chlorine smell… Happy to come again
