The Reenskaug Hotel is positioned 16 kilometres from the middle of Hyggen. Alternatively, the Scandic Fornebu is located 25 kilometres away. You could also book a room at the Ambassadeur Hotel or the Scandic Park Drammen.

Don't be a flamin' galah and leave without enjoying the other fabulous attractions in Eastern Norway. Eastern Norway is known for beaches, as well as commonly visited Eastern Norway tourist destinations like the castles and old towns. Visitors in this part of Norway can enjoy snowboarding, skiing and cross-country skiing.

12 kilometres from Hyggen you'll find Drammen, where you can spend a few hours exploring the Drammens Museum and Drammen Water Park.
