Compare Ski Hotels in Ifrane

Very disappointing experience at Zephyr Ifrane. We stayed one week in a two bedroom suite with our family and the apartment was completely invaded by ants everywhere: kitchen, bathroom, living room and even the beds, which made it impossible to sleep. A chemical treatment was applied once but the ants returned the next day even worse. Housekeeping was almost nonexistent. Our suite was cleaned only once during the entire week and we constantly had to ask for basic items. For a family of five we were given only two towels and one small soap per day. When the room was finally cleaned, the dirty towels, blankets and garbage were left at the entrance of our suite for four days, attracting cats and insects and creating a terrible smell. The receptionist was kind and helpful, but the manager was never available during our entire stay and no apology or commercial gesture was offered despite these serious hygiene issues. Never again. This place should be avoided.

The rooms are old and in need of serious renovation. Room was clean and adequate for a one night stay.
