Staff was rather unpleasant when we first checked in. I was blatantly told by one of the reception ladies to bring the luggage up to my room myself. She even mentioned that she could lend us the big trolley cart meant for luggage! Shocking unbelievable from someone at the counter. First impression already shattered the rest of my stay over there. Another shocking incident is that some strange people banged at my door at 2:05 am saying that we went into the wrong room. They just walked off after realising their mistakes.

Stayed here a couple of times. Very reasonably priced for a suite. Direct access to subway station with Outlet and Costco near by. Quiet and the staff were kind and welcoming.

Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was very well cleaned and had all the accompaniments needed. The location was great for walking in Central Park and there were numerous restaurants to choose from. Taxis were plentiful. The true stars were the staff. Went the extra mile to assure our stay was great. Can’t say enough about them.

Everything tufned up better than I expected. The location was very good gif us. We landed at the International Airport in Incheon and had to leave 2 day later from the Incheon Cruise Terminal. Everything was close. The whole neighborhood was also very beautiful with parks and many cafes and restaurants

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in, and for a bargain price too. Staff is top-notch and very friendly. Cost of breakfast is a bit spending day, especially if you only want coffee and a bagel. But if you’re hungry, it’s the way to go. Nice room, very clean. Hotel feels very welcoming. I would stay there again and highly recommend.
