Uncontrollable 25.5ºC Air-conditioning

Staff were amazing. The hotel is clean and organised, but the air-conditioning was lousy. It is a centralised system set at 25.5ºC and cannot, apparently, be adjusted. So, my sleep quality was poor and I am leaving feeling shattered after two restless, uncomfortable nights.

Excellent hotel with great staff

We stayed here for 2 nights in room 1207. Room was cleaned tidy and met our needs. Toiletries were complimentary Dove products and water was also provided. Walk in shower was a bonus and large with rainfall shower head Close to shopping centres, outlets and Costco as well as many restaurants. Close to the Cruise port terminal which is why we stayed here Staff organised taxis to take us to various places which was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again

Good: very roomy and good value Good: location is nice. I liked the neighbouring resto compound. OK: food was ok. French dinner menu was not really impressive. Need improvement: my coffee machine was half-cleaned, left alone in the bathroom! I wanted a taxi at the ground floor but no one was there. I needed to go up to 19th floor only to receive the car number…

Attend wedding in Inchon

From check-in to check-out, super clean rooms, Fantastic breakfast buffet and a professional and helpful staff, FANTASTIC!! GREAT central location, short walk to Songdo Park, the river walk and wonderful boat tour on the river. Our next trip to Inchon, we will certainly make our reservations at the Holiday Inn. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
