Great location. Amazing views. However, they didn’t give me the lakeview which was booked via Expedia. We then had to be delayed by an hour where they logged in to their Expedia system and found out we had lakeview but apparently they were not advised by Expedia and so had to go through the delayed inconvenience of dragging our luggage with kids to wrong room and then had to change rooms again. The manager on duty Valentina wasn’t communicating during all these delays and once complained to the front staff the manager approached me saying she is still looking into it. Also the fact
Expedia VIP perk free drinks were not provided. On the last night before our departure when I mentioned this only then we were provided the drink voucher. They asking us to complain to Expedia as apparently it’s all Expedia fault. Well it’s your duty to work with Expedia with all these communication issues between your hotel and them and not my duty. You need to talk to them to fix up the issues your customer is facing
