I accidentally booked at the wrong location and been staying at the Northwest location for a week and was not accommodated appropriately. I didn't need a refund just a transfer. Then on top of all that, Northwest location doesn't charge incidentals but places a card on file and after check out if there was to be damage you will get charged.. South still wanted $50 that I didn't have at the time(this is strike 2 for me) and lastly, and absolutely hell to the N-O would I ever stay at the South location again because of the roach, not on the wall but the headboard to the bed I was to lay on! Switch rooms yes Thank you but I didnt even stay in it nor sleep and missed my flight because of being so tired. Will I get reimbursed anything? Probably not, but this review allows me to feel that I poured my heart out hoping for a understanding but others will be aware of Baymont South

I booked through Expedia and I checked out after staying one night, which the front desk provided no check out confirmation, and I asked for a refund, which they stated I needed to give a 24 hour notice to do so. However, aside from this issue they state they have a “gym” which is false. There is a treadmill and an elliptical in a room, thats all. My room had visible mold on the ceiling too and I have video to prove it
