Borgata is the jewell in AC. It never disappoints. Truly nothing else like it down there. Well thought out design. Convenient parking. Great staff. Many choices of places to eat from fast food to high end. Wonderful stay

I enjoyed the spa and the stay but not the casino. The manager of the casino was horrible and rude. The slot machine froze and it took a long time to rebut the machine. Then I was told that I earned 40 credits in the free spin which I never had a chance to spin since the machine went dark and shut down. I asked for the cameras to be looked at and he stated he cannot look at the cameras. No apology and no comps were offered and he just stated you earned 40 credits and these are your winnings. He walked away, so rude!!! I will never gamble at the Borgota again.

We had gone to a show. We had planned to stay overnight after. The room was clean. We enjoyed a quiet night of sleep. We also enjoyed going to the indoor pool in the morning at the ‘adults only’ time. The Casino offers a wide variety of games. The staff was amazing! Highly recommended.
