Outdated rooms, overpriced restaurants, smelly cas

Room was not ready for check in and we had to wait over an hour. Room was dated And carpet dirty. No USB charging ports in the room. The switches on the lamps worked when they wanted to. Restraints were pricey. Buffett was $50 each, selection was nice but everything was cold. We had dinner in the downstairs cafe and the food was good. I ordered a bottle of Moscato for $40 and it was good, but when I bought a bottle at home it was $13.99. the premium they charged was a bit ridiculous. Casino smelled like cigarette smoke and not just in the smoking section. Table limits were a bit high, the one $15 tmblack jack table did not stay that way for long. Mov d to $25 and shortly after that $50.

Amazing stay, the rooms are very luxurious. A great place to stay when you’re in need of a quick getaway. The resort has everything you need from incredible dining, great lounges with an excellent band playing, a fun night club, gambling and a spa for relaxation.

Upon arrival in my room we found that the bathroom was dirty and the floor was sticky. We went to report this to the front desk who changed our room to a lesser level than the one I had paid and reserved for. The operator at the front desk (Oscar) was not professional, he told me “go to the room, retrieve your luggage’s and go to the new room; when you’re done, come back and return the temporary key”…. Not the service we expected, courtesy and professionalism was below expectations.
