Hotel was very good. Casino not to good, silly rules like limiting free drinks and adding 20% on any meals taken away from restaurants because of the UNION!! Wouldn’t go back for these reasons shame really

The room was fine and the service was excellent. What really made the experience horrible was the casino. There needs to be a better management of the air quality in the casino floor. Despite having a "non-smoking" room on a "non-smoking" floor, we still smelled it everywhere because it permeated the elevators from the entrance to the guestrooms which was adjacent to the games floor. Walking around the casino we were struck by how EVERYWHERE smelled of a choking haze of cigarette smoke. Areas that were designated as "non-smoking" alternated with "smoking" sections back and forth to the point that it really felt pointless. The air filtration seemed non-existent. The solution may rely on creating separate isolated areas for smoking and non-smoking that are perhaps walled off from one another, and/or on opposite sides of the casino. We visited Caesar's and were amazed how they seemed to have an entire gaming floor that was non-smoking and smelled clean. I would be much more willing to stay on a gaming floor and play for longer periods if my lungs weren't being damaged so heavily. Please consider creating two clearly designated sides that isolate the secondhand smoke more effectively, or provide air curtains periodically to keep it from drifting. Also, the mixing of the sections is just not working. Just stop with trying to pretend that it is. Please do better and I'd be more willing to return. Thank you.

The staff at the front desk could not have been more helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and classy. The hotel in general had a less party crowd vibe and a more relaxed one than other hotels.

This used to be one of my favorite hotels overall, but the years have def removed that shininess from the property. And I'm not naive to the cost of keeping food open but unless you're here on a weekend or a major holiday week your SOL when it comes to choices to eat. The Buffet is great and if you do the math a great value. The rest of the choices are either expensive or low quality & expensive. The pool areas are great but open bar service would be nice. Again, I know it's not the summer but bar service would make it luxury, not just lip service which is def an MGM thing.
