Alright hotel for the money. Small pool, but worked well for our kids. We stayed 3 nights and each morning they had the breakfast cleaned up 45 minutes before the time stated so it made it slightly inconvenient. The overnight frost desk lady was super nice!

The description of the suite we had said 2 queen beds, it was 2 full beds. Not all the plug ins worked and the room had terrible lighting. We went to the breakfast at 9:15, open until 10, they only had some cereal and 2 bagels left. No waffle mix, no eggs, lots of things empty. My family of 5 could not eat there.

Booked hotel from Friday- Sunday. Saturday morning there was no hot water to shower. Breakfast food was left over old food. That left us all puking it up after 30 minutes. The people in the room abvoe us we stomping all night on the floor above us. Or someone was constantly in and out the side door letting it slam. So we went all weekend on little to no sleep If that isnt bad enough after we left our room, housekeeping let themselves in and then rummaged thru our belongings. When we got back the kids wanted to swim. No pool towels. When we went to the front desk for more the manager said oh were out. So i asked for bath towels.. which we got after being told to take someone elses..after the kids were swimming i went to the front desk to discuss housekeeping letting themselves in our room and rummaging our things. The manager advised me its MY FAULT because i didnt go request a do not enter tag to hang on the door. When i told him that was an unacceptable answer and we would not return to his establishment he said " good. We dont need your business anyway." With that being said i have been requesting the hotel be taken down off booking sites and given the appropriate ratings. Literally the worst hotel stay EVER

Great stay for my aunt and mom while in town for a funeral. They were able to unwind and enjoy the pool. They were very pleased with their stay. We will be booking again.

Nice Hotel in a good safe area with lots of other hotels and restaurants. Appreciated the late checkout, but hoped that the Sunday breakfast hours could have gone an hour longer on Sunday, especially since it was day light savings time. Nice helpful staff.

Not good communication with the shuttle from the airport to the motel. Didn't give me good guidance on where to meet the shuttle and I ended up waiting 3 hours lots of the time outside in the very cold

The hotel and its staff was nice. Everyone was polite and respectful. The hotel itself wasn't that bad. The pool was good, nothing crazy but if you have kids they'll love it. Even though there is a weird, empty hot tub/ fountain next to the pool. The property itself was very cozy, the hotel breakfast buffet was delicious and lots of options. I do recommend it, Highly recommend. If I am ever in town again, I'll be back for another stay!
