Just OK

Room looked very “tired” and in need of renovation. Worn carpet, mattress had an indentation on the side where most guests typically sleep, and shower had what may have been mold in the rear corner. Breakfast was adequate, but only that.

First room had carpet badly stained in many areas, couch upholstery badly worn, cigarette smell..in spite of requested non smoking room, toilet broken, cracked sink, and overall dirty. Changed rooms. Still stains and cigarette smell, sheets on bed wrinkled, upholstry torn edges, and the sofa bed was completely bent up and broken. Worst experience ever. Customer service response at desk " I will let the maintenece guy know." Extremely disappointed.

The pull out couch mattress looked like someone lost their life on it. When asked about a mattress protector or roll away bed none could be found. Absolutely disgusting and I’d like to attach pictures. I’d like to formally request a refund as all my children had to share the one queen bed.

Room smells like cat pee

Our room smelled like cat pee. It’s was suffocating and just gross. No other room available to be moved to so we had to spray room spray and just deal with it. It’s clearly a problem in that room because I found an air freshener put in the ac unit vent. The room was dirty the bathroom clearly is cleaned at the minimal amount. There’s stuff splashed on the walls under the sink, hair all along baseboards and doesn’t look like the floor was mopped. The bedding was dirty so the front desk girl had to bring us new bedding to put on then beds ourselves. I didn’t expect her to do it, just expected it to be clean from the start. The two staff ladies we encountered were very nice. I gave service only 3 stars because the manager only gave a 50% discount for the room when they should have did a 100% comp on the room.

The room that we were supposed to stay in had wet carpet and mold. They did refund our money which I appreciate and the desk clerk was helpful but we could not stay because of the condition.

Unfortunately, our experience at this Comfort Suites has not been a good one. We are only here for one night and were somehow double booked. So we didn't get the room we booked. There are 5 of us and we counted on using the pullout sofa bed but the metal bar is snapped so its unusable. The TV doesn't work and the floor is heavily stained. The lady at the front desk is super friendly. Not worth even half the money we paid for one night.
