The room needs to adjust the plumbing. Granted I may not understand how it works it a new country, but because all the drains were connected with no pre trap, the stagnant water from the drains would overtake the bathroom. The bedroom itself as well had a musty smell from the AC. The fridge also was dirty and didn’t quite work. The cabinet wouldn’t open all the way because the door had swollen causing it to scrap along the floor. The staff were really nice. Trying to accommodate a busy lobby area. On one day, a group of 100+ were all checking out and had their luggage blocking the elevators. The staff on hand try there best to accommodate it even telling the group to move out of the way so we can simply get to the elevator.

Really good for a one night stay but the pool always seems to be closed when I stay here. Staff were really nice and I used the pool at hotel Boss with no issues. I like staying here.

Location is great very centralized there's shops and restaurants as soon as you walk out of the hotel. Staff was nice esp Jazmine from the tour/excursions section she was soo welcoming and very helpful i guidance. My recommendations would be for rooms to have some type of deororizer our room had a sewer smell esp in the bathroom we had to buy our own spray, rooms are small

The room was in good condition but looked a lot bigger and wider on the photos on the hotels website so it’s quite deceiving. The toilet was okay with good water pressure but unfortunately there was no bidet, also, the toilet has a funny smell. The room was cleaned daily and towels were replenished as well along with the coffee and teas and slippers. The breakfast wasn’t that great, not much variety.

The hotel is conveniently located 2 minutes walk to the MRT and buses stop outside. The rooms were a bit small especially the shower but for a transit stay, it was fine. Breakfast was a bit disappointing due to lack of variety. Food was also lukewarm and not hot. No option for hot chocolate or herbal teas, that would have to be purchased separately. A parent had to pay for her toddler to have breakfast and all he wanted was milk in his bottle, she was told by staff that she could not do so.. It was a waste of money as the child did not eat. Not very family friendly in my opinion and after breakfast that milk would be thrown away.
