We arrived around midnight and it took over 10 minutes for the front desk person to answer the phone to unlock the front door. We don’t know where he was but he wasnt carrying the phone with him. One day we had zero hot or even warm water to shower. This location is one of the lowest quality Country inn and suites we’ve stayed in.

Great short family stay

The hotel was fine for our little family. The amenities were modest and there were little maintenance items that could've had more detail taken in fixing, but overall a great stay for the price.

You never know what you’ll find when booking a hotel room as was the case when I booked here. I often look at reviews for some kind of guidance. What we found here was a clean comfortable room and a friendly desk clerk. Continal breakfast was what you would expect and dining area was clean. Lots of other dining options available in the area. Would recommend, and stay here again 👍

Nice place plan eating breakfast somewhere else

We stayed for two nights. Our first breakfast they were starting to put things away at 9 am when ends at 10am. The food that was there was subpar. Second day, the breakfast had watery eggs and not much of a choice. The juice machine was being cleaned so you couldn't have any juice. This be done on off breakfast hours. One of the women working it was too busy playing with her grandchild. Was sitting sitting down at table talking with daughter and grandchild when food needed to be replaced and replenish the food that was empty where the muffins were.

The room did not smell good upon arrival. Also, the bath tub did not drain very well. When taking a shower, the water would collect and drain very slowly. In the gym, there were no wipes to clean the equipment. When I went to the public bathroom across from the gym to wash my hands, the soap dispenser was completely empty. It is clear that certain parts of the facility are not managed and maintained. The front desk staff members were very cordial though.
