Room was very nice & clean. Staff was professional and friendly. Great location. Appreciated hotel notifying about ongoing construction & route to take...Indy can be difficult to navigate on a good day. Definitely stay again.

Signs around the hotel as well as increased valet parking due to construction -parking at this time was a nightmare and extremely expensive

The front attendant was spectacular checking us in as well as the valet! The whole place was clean and amazing to look through the halls of Union Station! Our rail chair was comfortable and really felt like staying in one. Some minor misses like a glass drink sat next to our door the whole time from a previous guest and the restaurant at dinner and breakfast was ice cold, but overall we enjoyed our stay!
