I had to switch rooms my first night. The toilet rocked back and forth. It wasn't fastened tightly on either bolt at the base. Floors were dirty with hair. They moved me to a room across the hall. After I transferred all my stuff from one room to the other I realized my door deadbolt didnt work, so I had an unsecure door and I didn't feel safe. I went down to tell the night manager and to my surprise I saw a rodent coming in the front door. It at first looked like a large rat. But it was an opossum that walked right the kept open front door to cool off the very hot lobby. It was disqusting to seean animal in the hotel whether harmless or not. But never the less it was wild. The manager downplayed it. I felt strongly that I should have gotten a full refund or at the least one of the nights should have been free. The free breakfast was pretty nasty and rinkydink!

The carpets in the main areas looked dirty as well as the hand rails for going up the stairs. The floors in the bedroom was dirty and I didn't want to walk on them with bare feet. No breakfast was included.

Dusty in the lobby and outside needs some paint and maintenance. Needs to remove those 6 cars that looks abandoned fro. Property. Landscaping needs some care.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The rooms and overall cleanliness are far below acceptable standards—dirty carpets, unclean bathrooms, and an unpleasant odor throughout. Staying here genuinely feels like a health risk. It’s unfortunate because the front desk staff were courteous and helpful, but even their kindness can’t make up for the unsanitary conditions. I hope management takes immediate action to improve cleanliness for the safety and comfort of future guests.

This place is smoking free buy when you walk in you can smell cannabis and other things. Floors, walls, hallway and ceiling are very dirty.

Did not like anything!! Whole property was filty. Rooms walls were cracking, Cieling had patch repairs carpet worn and dirty. Hallway carpet filty even elevator was so dirty. Hotel needs a total makeover. Sickening !!!

Finding the hotel was difficult due to 82nd St closure for railroad track removal at this time. Room was dingy and dark. The room iron had burned into the carpet in one place. TV, HVAC, microwave, and fridge all worked. Breakfast was limited - no eggs, pastries, or meat. The intersection of I-69 with 82nd St was a mess in the dark!
