Fantastic ski in ski out hotel Super staff and facilities Very clean and comfortable My only suggestion to Hilton is to save yourself some money and turn the heating down !!

Good location to town and sky city, I have stayed at other accommodation close to this facility and it is terrible compared, a rip in curtains, no shelves or light in fridge, light above my side of the bed not working, no mini bar facility, rubbish bins no linings, front not very friendly or helpful and absolutely no checking in until 3pm!, I will stay at my previous hotel next time

We got the superior room and were facing apartments very close, and room felt like a prison room rather than hotel. The setup of the toilet was weird too, with sink outside the bathroom (very small too). We ended up upgrading as we couldnt stay there. and that was ok. Breakfast was included and was average to be honest. Wont be going back

Overall was pretty good, food at restaurant was pleasant but nothing fancy but was highly priced. Breakfast had a good variety but was only on the average side of taste. Biggest negative for us was the street noise during the night, lots of yelling and swearing which kept us awake. Biggest positive was the very comfortable beds.

It was a busy weekend with Luke Combs and Sail GP and the hotel was not geared up for this. Lines were long at reception. When we checked in they had double booked, so we got what room was left. Our TV wasn't working and after telling reception 3 times it didn't go the 3 days we stayed. Our room was not serviced everyday, so we had to chase up towels etc midnight after returning back to our room. Shame as this used to be a great hotel. Area is excellent.

We chose to stay here as we had stayed here a week earlier. Our second stay not as great as the first- we were given an accessible room (which we did not book) -this was easily fixed by the staff, however, the room wasn’t great. The aircon control was hanging off the wall and was freezing, and as we were unable to control the temp we had to turn it off which then made the room hot and stuffy. There also were broken bulbs in the overhead lights and only one mug for tea/coffee which was replaced, however, took about an hour to arrive. Other than that the bed was super comfy and the included breakfast was great. Also had valet parking
