I stayed here for my first trip ever to Indianapolis. The hotel was beautiful, the staff were wonderful. Location was perfect walking distance to literally everything. A little pricey but worth every penny!

Nice clean hotel

The hotel was nice and clean but was pretty disappointed to find out when we got there that the pool was not in operation. We were really looking forward to swimming and did not see anywhere on the website listed that it was closed. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

Worst stay ever!

Room was 80 degrees constantly! Air conditioning put out heat, room would not cool down. Turned unit totally off and it never got below 76. Horrible stay. All 4 families said their rooms were the same way! Ridiculous.

More costly than it appears

The overall cost was almost $100 more than the Hotels.com quote said it would be. Not sure if that includes some type of hold that will be refunded or not.
