Never again.

The staff at check in were nice/friendly. Room was very tight & uncomfortable. The dresser in front of bed was damn near touching the bed. The space in the bathroom was extremely tight as well. Electric outlets were all in weird areas of the room if needing to charge a phone etc. the mini fridge never got cold. Basically had to sleep / cover ourselves with a thin bedsheet because there were no covers provided. Bathroom didn’t look very clean at all. Carpet was ripping up. Found loose screws all over the floor upon arrival. Just terrible.

No blankets for the beds

It was ok and served the purpose. However this is the only hotel Ive ever stayed at that had blanket, comforter or bed spread on the bed. This fact required running the heater at a higher temperature to stay comfortable and warm while sleeping.

Don’t stay here

Room was dirty. No blankets on the bed just one thin sheet. Stains on carpet. Light switches did not work. Customer service poor, indifferent and non existent

Stop by the casino, but skip the hotel.

Spent two nights. No blankets in the room. Was told by the front desk they didnt have any more and could get us one the following day, never showed. Tried to make coffee, but there were cockroaches in the machine. The expextations were already low, but not low enough. That said the staff was friendly, quality drinks food and service by bartenders and waitstaff.

Room was disgusting, old moldy food left in the fridge. Beds not made with no blankets. When I asked front desk to please switch us out to another room I was told, sorry no other rooms available although the place looked to be half full. So after an hour they gave us some blankets and sheets for us to make our own beds. No refund either because we booked through Expedia.

Boulder Dam

The Room key didn't work, took 2 hours to get it open, ask for another room, they had plenty but they sent security to open. One thing I paid $8.99 to secure my room, it was family room, no lights work in the room, tv in the sitting room didn't work, warm water no hot to take a shower.
