First room assigned was not clean. However, upon notification to the staff they immediately took action and moved us to a clean room. Breakfast and facility were average. The staff made the difference by ensuring that the guest were well taken care of from transportation, food recommendations, and accommodation for our comfort.

We stayed here during the Smackdown/Royal Rumble weekend & chose it because it was a close distance to downtown, yet far enough it was more affordable. Did not disappoint. Check in was smooth & easy, staff was friendly, & the room was wonderful. You can tell the rooms have received updates & the size of a standard king option was perfect - more space than most rooms. Bed was comfortable & everything was really clean! No traffic noise & though 1 elevator was down for continued renovations, it didn’t cause any issues. Breakfast was pretty good by way of free hotel food - good options, fresh options. Very easy drive to downtown & will definitely stay here again in the future!

We were in the area {2 miles away) for a bowling tournament with our two grandchildren. Friendly, right off the interstate. Clean, and comfortable. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, pork sausage links, French toast strips. Would like to have some oats

Furnace not up to the task

Seems that their furnace needs replacing. Surprised of significantly frigid air each time prior to heat starting. It made the time in the room very uncomfortable. The cold air woke us up throughout the night.

It was all good except no hot water in my room. I got in at 1:30 am—too late to do anything. In the morning, I informed the desk. They were very nice but I had to leave and the maintenance person wasn’t due until 10 am. It’s a nice place, good location. Excellent staff excellent breakfast, but this was the one downside of my stay.
