Such an amazing experience. The only thing that added a negative element was checking in. I don’t like to be sold and during check I felt the intent of the rep was to upsell us on a different room because our room was conveniently not ready yet. When I declined the upgrades, the longer the conversation lasted the lower the upgrade cost was 😂😫 after a long flight just give my room man!
