I didnt like to pay for parking being a hotel guest. I also didn't like that the pool closed at 4pm. Pool/jacuzzi should be open till at least 10pm

Watch out for the temperature in the sink.

First day there I burned both hands in the bathroom sink. The temperature must have been dialed to boiling. Even at the middle level the water was too hot. Very little action taken by the hotel to address the situation. The food options were largely overpriced. Not all that different from other strip hotels. Overall the staff could have been more accommodating.

First thing at the check-in the guy name brandon was not helpful at all and didn’t provide us a better upgraded room, and then at the check-out another guy his name was lucas that wasn’t welcoming at all i asked him if he can give us a late checkout and he said that it’s impossible and the hotel is fully booked and he told us we have to leave our room immediately, i reached another employee and she was very nice she gave us a two hours more time until check-out because we are loyal to hilton and we have a gold membership.

My friend had his wallet stolen. Security office was absolutely no help. He knew when and where it happened. And they didn’t even bother checking out the video. Offered no help or hope. The location was not great. Too far to walk to convention center too close for cab drivers to be happy about taking you. Says it is on the strip. But it is not. If you wanna go where the fun and the crowds are. Too far to walk to. No coffee maker in the room. I was told that we would have to upgrade to a suite to get one. Even LaQuinta and Comfort Inn supply you with coffee. A cup of coffee will cost you eight dollars down in the donut shop. Just plain coffee. How are you?
