It was just a really nice place to stay. The rooms were clean and roomie and plenty of dining options at the hotel and surrounding area. The staff was was very nice from the moment we arrived there and very accommodating. My wife and I will go back!!

The RISE breakfast restaurant on the first floor is a banger. Nice, clean and quiet. Lots of parking out front. We stayed for the Big10 men’s basketball tournament- probably not the best location to stay for downtown events. The drive back and forth was a pain. If we have something going on in Carmel then we would stay again.

Good spot, bad experience

Room next to us or above us blasting music. Could hear them talking: Bed sheets felt cheap. Pillows not comfortable. Ended up checking out at midnight. Told front desk there was an issue and no one seemed to care. Cool hotel, great spot just had a bad experience.

Excellent job in re-creating mill building look for a hotel. Attention to detail was fantastic. Room is a bit dark if you need to read paper - but otherwise great. Restaurant options are plentiful and all good options.
