I made a reservation through Expedia for a non-smoking room with a king-size bed, but when I checked in at its front desk, I was told that only a room with two double-size beds was available for me, unless I could accept a smoking room, which I couldn’t. Thus, I had to stay in the room with two double-size beds, which was inconvenient for us. Besides, when I requested for a microwave to be delivered to my room, which could be delivered upon request according to its policy, I was told that none of their microwaves were available, which also made it inconvenient for us.

In arrival we were given a room with only one bed, not the two as requested. Walk ability was difficult at times. Parking was an issue. It wasn't always close to the elevator access door. The coffee pot was broken. Freezer door was broken. The bathroom toilet didn't flush well. Housekeeping didn't come by one day. I needed to call to request clean towels and coffee pods. The coffee pot was replaced promptly and the requested microwave was delivered quickly and without issues.
