Late check-out request for a 15-30 min allowance was not granted. Staff was not nice enough that time. Other staff were nice. You have to request for microwave, they sent a working one but with broken door. Important thing, it helped us reheat some leftovers from restos. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
