We had an amazing stay at Tuscany Suites & Casino in Las Vegas! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a professional and courteous receptionist who made us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. What truly stood out was the service—even during our early 5am departure. Rudolph greeted us with a genuine smile and kind words, wishing us a safe drive home and letting us know it was a pleasure having us on behalf of TuscanySuites. That personal touch made all the difference and showed how much they truly care about their guests. Thank you, Tuscany Suites, for making our visit so memorable. We’ll definitely be returning and recommending you to friends and family!

Everything was good but the shower is dripping water even when it is turned off. I was awake many times since the water kept on dripping down the shower head. Otherwise room is very spacious and comfortable. The property is well maintained and safe.

We were not able to check in for a 5 night stay because we only had a debit card or cash to pay for the deposit. The front desk employees and manager were very unprofessional and rude and could have cared less that we had a weeks worth of luggage and it was late at night, and did not have another hotel to go to. They would not issue a refund of the money I already paid for a room for 5 nights.

The property is amazing! The staff is very professional and friendly, helpful. The rooms were very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I will stay here again. Everything was right there in the same property, casino, diners, pool, bar. A huge plus for us.

Property was well priced for good reason. Not well maintained at all. Room had numerous issues showing it is neglected (i.e. frig door fell off, bathroom hooks falling off, etc.). Pool was nice and building did feel safe though.
