Big Yikes

Run, don't walk, literally anywhere else. Don't fall for the cheap rate, it's low for a reason! Rough, torn linens, obvious signs of water damage, every plumbing fixture was leaking, and there was a dang SPOTLIGHT pointed right at our room! The towel rack came off with a light touch despite obvious signs of previously attempted repairs. And the pillow, like, what even is this?? I have never seen or felt a lumpier pillow in my life. It's the kind of pillow you put out for house guests that you're not so subtlely encouraging to leave. This is the kind of hotel where you don't trust the breakfast, so I just got coffee which was adequate.

The property was what we needed for our trip but the staff was slow to come to the check in desk .I waited at least 10 minutes for anyone to show up. The elevator was broken and the other elevator wouldn't keep the doors open to get out. There were not any towels at the pool but the staff were courteous and helpful, and the place was clean

Low rate la Quinta. Bathroom was gross headboard on bed was greasy as was chair. Front desk lady was nice. Fridge was warm and not cold. Very loud customers.

Overall the stay was OK. We arrived super late because our trip hit multiple delays so I didnt bother with making the desk aware of the room issues. We reserved a King suite which was spacious with 2 bathrooms and 2 entrances! I've never had 2 bathrooms in one room before, so that was nice. It seems that this suite was once 2 separate rooms remodeled into a suite with glass (no curtain) french style doors separating the bedroom area from the sitting room area. The french doors had to be closed in a very specific way so that they would close at all and one of the handles on those doors fell right off in my hand. The handles were decorative only so it didn't cause further problems. There was a waste basket stuffed full of garbage from the previous guests that housekeeping must have missed and the TV in the bedroom area was able to be turned on but none of the other controls worked. Everything else seemed fairly clean. They had a descent looking outdoor pool area that we didn't use but it looked nice. The breakfast meats looked gray so none of us even wanted to try it but the rest of the food looked fine. They had mini cheese omelets that were ok.

Shop worn

The hotel is in need of a refresh. Desk chair material worn through. Outdated everything. Unclean. No USB ports!! Desk person very helpful even though he was terribly overworked. Only person there and place was full. Proves again low price not always a good thing!

The stay was pretty good. The staff were nice. The only issue I had was that one of the elevators didn’t work which made all the guest have to use the one elevator.
