The hotel is very convenient family wise, they have a friendly and helpful staff, very efficient. It’s also good value for money. The gym is well equipped for a London hotel and particular mention for the sandwiches at the bar, always available and always good.
Loved the area and short walk to St John's Wood tube station. Rooms are very quiet. Restaurants are great. Staff went above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again.
This was not my first stay in the hotel and love coming back especially that it is a walking distance from London Business School where I had a conference. Room was neat and clean, very good breakfast and staff are friendly and supportive.

Pleasant, clean, comfortable.
Pleasant stay, really clean and comfortable, heating was blasting in some areas of the hotel.
A little dated in areas but all in all would recommend.
Dirty registers by windows in dining area. Entrance could use major upgrade especially the exterior. Step covers were a cheap fix and exterior of building at entrance really needs attention. Presently gives a bad first impression
I sont often leave a review but this hotel was fantastic. Lovely 1 night stay with the kids. Huge spacious deluxe family room which meant that there was a single bed each for the kids. Lots of space in the room and a chromecast which meant you could stream a film at night onto the tv to keep kids happy. Breakfast was very good. Helpful staff...gluten free bread and corn flakes on offer. Good qualiry food. I have to say one of the nicest hotels ive stayed in with the kids.
I stay there because it is close to London Business School and its less expensive than other close to metro etc. I probably stay there 3x a year. It is the only hotel I have ever gone to that NEVER has my room ready before check in and I have been going there for years.... Also the top floor rooms which are standard are in the attic. You have to climb stairs to get to the room an bathoom is rather small.
We were very happy with our stay. Family of 3 for 3 nights. All staff were helpful and attentive. I did have a situation where our son was not feeling well. I went down to the restaurant to see if I could bring back food. I believe the manager of the restaurant helped me. They were closing in 4 minutes and the breakfast buffet had all been cleaned up. He kindly placed the orders for me even as they were trying to close down. It’s little things like that that make such a huge difference. I wish I knew his name but this happened on the 4th of April. If this is reviewed by hotel staff, I hope they pass along my appreciation
